Position: Maintenance Reliability Supervisor
Reports to the Maintenance Manager
Objectives
As Maintenance reliability Supervisor, you are responsible to:
- Manage a team of maintenance engineers (5 engineers covering Process, Black & Clean Utilities) .
- Ensure definition & execution of mid & long term reliability plan
- Lead summer shutdown within Prothya Belgium
Key result areas and responsibilities
- Ensure Safety of team members
- Lead the team of Maintenance Engineers
- Coaching the Team in technical, quality & projects aspects
- Motivate, develop and retain talents
- Be backup of your engineers & support to absorb the back log
- Follow external suppliers, major breakdowns, recurrent technical issues
- Manage deviations, CAPA & changes
- Responsible of Reliability Plan
- Prepare Monthly pareto
- Lead monthly analysis & priority definition in collaboration with engineering team.
- Back up of Maintenance manager for project governance meetings
- Lead summer shutdown withing Prothya Belgium
- SPOC towards management
- Create and manage shutdown planning and interactions between all departments
- Planning of shutdown within Maintenance
- Responsible of startup & release of product on time
Profile:
- Education level: Industrial engineer (electromechanical) or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience with at least one experience in people management
- Knowledge of maintenance concepts, installation upgrades and installation techniques is an asset
- Knowledge of GMP environment is a must
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methods & tools is an asset.
- You like to plan, and you look for solutions to achieve the objectives
- You are a leader, accountable and high energetic
- Language skills: Professional French and/or Dutch and good knowledge of English.
- Ability for writing clear and complete documents
