Function : Coordinator Logistics & Distribution Neder- Over – Hembeek – Joblevel 8
As Coordinator Logistics & Distribution NOH, you are responsible for the coordination of Supply Chain activities for all (raw) materials at the site in NOH, and for continuous improvement of Material Planning & Warehousing processes and systems.
You will report to the Supervisor Logistics & Distribution NOH.
Main responsibilities and objectives :
- Responsible for the coordination of supply chain activities (ordering, receipt and storage) for all (raw) materials, with the aim to assure business continuity while maintaining a healthy inventory.
- Act as the SAP Key User for the SCM NOH team.
- Assure adequate training and support of the team
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve SAP processes.
- Take process ownership for the NOH cold chain processes.
- Responsible for inventory management at NOH and coordination of the inventory (cycle) count process.
- Continuously seek to improve warehousing processes and systems, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally on supply chain related projects.
- Ensure correct and adequate Material Master Data set-up.
- Responsible for Metric follow up. As SAP key user also the go-to person for development of reporting tools to follow up on metrics.

- You have a good knowledge of supply chain processes and SAP WM & MM.

- You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good understanding of English.
